These Foods Are True Metabolism Boosters

When it comes to losing weight, one thing is particularly important, the metabolism must be in sync. It is, so to speak, the key to losing weight. Because: With a good metabolism, the calories are burned faster.

1. Vegetables From The Sea

Sounds strange, but it’s actually quite simple! In order for your metabolism to run at full speed, your thyroid must also be functional. This requires some hormones that you can ingest via vegetables or plants from the sea. These include algae or seaweed. Certainly, the type of food is not for everyone, but algae are extremely suitable for the thyroid gland and thus for the metabolism!

2. Blueberries

Use protein-rich foods such as fish, beef, or poultry. Vegans and vegetarians can rely on high-quality vegetable proteins, such as legumes, quinoa, peas, or protein powder. The proteins support the metabolism in every respect. Especially in combination with sport, proteins show their full effect because they support muscle building.

4. Cocoa

If that’s not good news! Unsweetened cocoa is a true metabolism booster. Unprocessed (i.e. unsweetened) chocolate is rich in minerals and especially magnesium. This not only stimulates the metabolism but also counteracts obesity and a higher risk of diabetes. Adequate magnesium intake ultimately supports weight loss.

5. Papaya And Pineapple

In addition to blueberries, papaya and pineapple are also true metabolism friends. Because: the enzymes it contains stimulate digestion and thus also support weight loss.

6. Fasting

Fasting also stimulates your metabolism! Subsequent detoxification of the body can work wonders. A few days a month can effectively support the metabolism. It is not even necessary to eat absolutely nothing. Try it with a detox regimen! This enables the body to stay in a fasting-like mode and still achieve full performance in terms of calorie burning. And even permanently.
